THE PHOENIX PROJECT INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS THE PHOENIX PROJECT?
The Phoenix Project takes the latest technology and applies it to create Remediation Parks that transform pollutants and toxic wastes into useful products. Wherever there is garbage, municipal wastes, sewage or toxic pollution of any kind, the Remediation Park provides a way to retrieve anything of value and turn the rest into energy. It can handle everything, even nuclear wastes, in a perfectly safe way. The only thing that comes out of the Phoenix Project is a stream of new products and electrical energy.
The Phoenix Remediation Park looks and functions like a park. It has trees, a swimming pool (with clean water), streams and a playground. It is designed by the local community to best serve their needs. Underneath the park is a facility that transforms wastes into a stream of new products that form the basis of a sustainable community.
It is enclosed in a low-pressure environment so it gives off NO pollutants. Nothing escapes into the environment except clean air, energy and a stream of new products. The precious resources that go into all the "stuff" that we throw away are transformed into new streams of environmentally clean, recyclable, efficient products. It's entirely environmentally balanced.
The Phoenix Project is sponsored by The International Academy of Holodynamics (the Academy) an Arizona corporation dedicated to establishing sustainable communities that will help create more balance in the biosphere. In reality, the Remediation Park creates a negative carbon footprint.
Organized in 2001, the Academy affirms that transforming humanity's waste by-products into useful products is a vital link to a sustainable future for the human species. To meet this goal requires a global alliance with academies, governments and businesses to research, develop and implement the latest information and new technologies that help establish sustainable communities that are in balance with the biosphere.
Solving the pollution problems is the key to creating productive and profitable alternative futures for entire communities and, eventually, for the planet.
THE PHOENIX PROJECT PROVIDES:
- Improved, affordable, sustainable communities that insure better public health, safety and quality of life and thousands of new continuous green jobs.
- Effective remedial treatment of industrial and community emissions, wastes and pollutants through remediation parks using new superplasmic field technology and advanced retrieval processes.
- Researching, testing, designing, developing and implementing the creation of pollution-free communities that insure the preservation of precious resources.
- Creation of alternative local forms of pollutant-free industry, energy and transportation and providing clean water, air and land for future generations.
The key to the Phoenix Remediation Park is a sustainable Superplasmic Field Generator and a comprehensive Retrieval Process. What follows is an overview of the Park including a description of the Superplasmic Field Generator and the Retrieval Process along with financial outlines with attachments that provide more detailed information for potential investors. Our goal is to implement the Phoenix Project in every community.
THE PHOENIX REMEDIATION PARK
A Phoenix Remediation Park (the PR Park) processes all waste by-products of the community: sewage, garbage, runoff, industrial, community and commercial wastes. The entire operation has low public visibility. It is insolated from the environment. Vehicles that bring garbage and wastes into the PR Park are electric and attract minimal attention. The wastes they transport are contained so that little or no gases will escape. In addition, the remediation operation is confined within a low-pressure environment where no pollutants escape into the atmosphere. The result is a negative carbon footprint and zero pollution emissions. In brief, it looks like this:
